Perfect for those who enjoy Diemen’s Original but want the heat kicked up a notch. A wholesome dose of habanero (higher dosage than the Original hot sauce) compliments the front of the tongue sensation with the Habanero's back of throat lingering after-burn.

The difference is the Tasmanian 'Diemen' mountain pepper, which contains polygodial - a hot compound which starts with a unique fruity flavour with hints of Aussie rain forest, slowly releasing a tingling burn similar to Sichuan pepper. Diemen pepper berries are 5 times stronger than ordinary black pepper and have 4 times the anti-oxidants of blueberries
