Our return policy lasts for 24hrs after receipt of the goods. Product Distribution must be advised within 24hrs of receiving the goods of any item that is damaged or incorrectly supplied. If 24hrs have lapsed since receipt of goods then unfortunately Product Distribution can not offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer a refund or exchange if your product arrived broken or has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

To raise a return please submit an email to sales@productdistribution.com.au with:

1] supporting photograph(s) of the item(s) you are requesting to return

2] a copy of your purchase receipt, or other proof of purchase

Product Distribution will review this information and if the item(s) is found to be faulty then a return authorisation (RA) number will be supplied.

All product must be sent back in the original packaging with supporting RA number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
