After working for two years in a restaurant on the Spanish beach of Marbella, Brussels Ketjep proudly introduces Brava. This new sauce is a tribute to the classic Spanish Brava sauce, traditionally served with patatas bravas, but with a unique Belgian twist.

Experience the flavours of Andalusia, heightened by the spicy kick reminiscent of patatas bravas enjoyed by the Spanish seaside. With a delicious paprika taste and a subtle spiciness, this sauce is crafted for patatas bravas but is equally fantastic on any form of potatoes

Rapeseed oil,water, vinegar, tomato puree, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, turmeric), egg yolks (free range), sugar, salt, natural extract, paprika, dehydrated red peppers, onions, modified starch, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: rosemary extract, natural chili extract, coloring: paprika extract.
