Lillie's Q Carolina Dirt Rub
This spice rub is all you’ll need for your slow-cooked ribs and pulled pork at your next barbeque. Aptly named for Carolina’s clay-coloured soil, Carolina Dirt is Lillie’s sugar-based barbecue rub. For true Southern flavour, apply Carolina Dirt Rub up to 24 hours before cooking. This is also a great seasoning for French fries.
