Smokin BBQ Sauce
Aussies do love an outdoor cook, so we created an all-natural, smoky sauce that speaks to everything great about the Australian BBQ. Our recipe is uniquely made with Tasmanian native ‘Diemen’ pepper. It’s 5 times stronger than your normal black pepper and prized by chefs for its flavour and lingering afterburn. We’ve also added smoked salt and Worcester to balance out an earthy tone and apple cider vinegar finish.
