Noble Handcrafted Verjus
Noble Handcrafted works with a single-source family farm in Oregon's best pinot noir producing region to create this perfectly balanced verjus. Verjus literally means “green juice”, being the fresh, tart juice of unripe grapes. While acidic, it is gentler than vinegar with a sweet-tart taste that is often used for deglazing, and to heighten the flavour of many sauces or mustards.
Verjus is most commonly used to deglaze sauté pans. It also adds acidity and freshness to sauces. Use verjus to poach fish, or to dress vegetables, fruits and salad.
